  • 1 lb (450g) ground chicken
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha or chili sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 (8 oz) can water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 head of butter lettuce or iceberg, leaves separated for wraps
