I am really disappointed with this granitestone pan. It's thin, light and not what my daughter has. Hers is thicker, heavier and has a stonelile interior surface, black and white speckles. Mine sparkles and it's already scratched! With wooden spoon! I couldn't get the picture to load twice.
So far I'm very satisfied with the pan. I'm carefully following the directions. I use a little pad of butter for flavor. I really don't need it. It works great with my conduction cook top. I'm no longer using the pans that came with my cooktop. Granite Stone is working much better. Easy clean up!
