Bought nesting cookware to replace 6 yr old set. While the non stick cookware is exactly as advertised, the rubber on the handles do not prevent the user from getting burned. The prior set had thicker rubber that did a great job of insulating the fingers from hot metal.

I ordered the nesting posts. One came visibly warped. I had to contact customer service twice before a response. Several emails (from different sources) and information provided later, I still don’t know if my replacement pot is approved and on the way.
