I ordered the nesting posts. One came visibly warped. I had to contact customer service twice before a response. Several emails (from different sources) and information provided later, I still don’t know if my replacement pot is approved and on the way.
Damaged product I want to return this
Got my pots dec 2023 foe the stackable 6 piece and handle for tiny lid was moving right and left. How to tighten?
These are great pots and they fit perfectly with my previous set that I purchased. I so much enjoy cooking with them.
