What is the difference between the 14- and 20-piece sets?

The 14-piece set has 3 fry pans (8", 10", 12"), a 1 qt and 2 qt saucepan and a 5 qt stockpot with strainer lids, plus 3 nylon utensils. The 20-piece set swaps the 12" pan for a 9.5" deep square pan and adds a fry basket, a steamer plate and a 6-piece NutriBlade knife set.

Food does stick and surface is scratched up

I purchased my granite stone cookware set in 2023. At first it worked great now it’s 2026 and the bottoms are worn out and Food does stick to the bottom of the pot. I’m very disappointed. I was going to see if they would sell different parts of the cook. I saw the reviews and I realized I’m not the only one with this problem.

Undisclosed potential toxins used. I requested a return that is still pending more than 2 weeks later with no response. Untrustworthy company.

Peel after daily use 3-6 months later

They’re great when they’re brand new.
But then you take your fingernail and lightly rub against the bottom after about four months, it peels!!!
. I’m not eating that black stuff.!!!

What a shame because they cook beautifully.
Why do you have 10 year warranty on the box?

I’m gonna start taking mine back to Kohl’s every 85 days under their
👉🏽 90 day return policy, and just keep returning them, & get new ones. Because they don’t last very much past 90 days with daily usage
….and dealing with GRANITESTONE Customer Service is horrendous.

Where is the ability to come here TO REGISTER THEM???

It’s nowhere in sight.
The paperwork inside the box has a code to scan, and that site is dead.
You can’t register them⁉️

WORST EVER!

I bought one (Amazon) for my wife this Christmas, got it and did not function correctly! Heating came on for 10 seconds at a time every 4-5 minutes, with no fan!!!! Replacement ordered and received. SAME THING!!!!!!! Refunding this, will NOT try a 3rd time!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT BUY THIS. I do not expect any response from a representative either…
