I have contacted company multiple times they keep asking if I want a reship I reply yes and they send messages asking the same question but doesn’t ship my order.
Love the pans.
I purchased the 17 piece set pots and pans. When I received them the five quart saucepan was dented. I reached out to customer service they replied right away. But soon as I let them know what the issue was and I needed them to replace one of the pants that was dented I never got a response back I sent at least 10 messages without any reply over the last 30 days. Their customer service sucks and they do not honor their 10-year warranty.
17-Piece Pro Premiere Hard Anodized Set with Oven-Safe Easy Grip Handles
Received a set for Christmas as did my sister. Box was perfect for both sets as delivered from JC Penney online. Both sets had damaged pans AND lids inside the undamaged box. They appear to have been damaged at the factory and still packaged for sale. Some of the pieces are entirely unusable. Lids had the lips completely bent and wouldn't fit inside the corresponding pan. Pans had shards of broken handle inside the bags they were carefully wrapped in. The outside package had internal dividers to prevent damage which is why it appears to be a quality control problem at the Granitestone factory. The warranty process is awful both with Granitestone AND JC Penney. Products like this are not worth the hassle, especially when coupled with poor customer service.
