Are they dishwasher safe?
While these have been designed to withstand the high temperatures of a dishwasher. We highly recommend hand washing and drying your knives after each use. If you leave your knives wet for extended periods of time they may form oxidation.
Don't worry though! Use a light steel wool on the oxidation to easily clean back to new!
Are they sharp?
These knives are incredibly sharp and should be used with care.
How often do I sharpen them?
We recommend to lightly sharpen with the included honing tool every 4 uses.
