Granitestone Bake N' Stack 6 PC Stackable Bakeware

I love the cookware I received, but I had an issue with the 2 large lids not stacking. I have emailed and called, and I cannot get a response from anyone anymore. They said they could refund or replace. I told them which lids would not stack and told them i would prefer it to be replaced but would take a refund. correspondence stopped at that point. I have emailed and called with no luck.

I was impressed with the pots I purchased from Walmart, therefore wanted to try the bakeware. I showed the wife the price and she said, "why not". I have used every piece and loved the outcome. The nonstick works as advertised and makes cleaning up afterwards very easy.

I buy all my kitchen cookware from Granitestone and until the knives that wouldn't cut butter things were great. Don't depend on customer service or warranty in making your decision to make a purchase.
